She is deeply committed to making every client’s life brighter, safer, and more fulfilling. Andrea also believes that exceptional care begins with a supported team.
She maintains an open-door policy and is committed to guiding, supporting, and valuing every member of staff.

Office AdministratorIf you visit our office or give us a call, Syd is likely to be the first friendly face or voice to greet you.
As our Office Administrator, she wears many hats—from managing calendars and organising files to making sure the workplace has everything it needs to thrive.
Syd loves connecting with people and takes great pride in ensuring that everyone who interacts with EverWell feels valued and looked after.
She is always ready to help a team member solve a problem, find an important document, or keep the office running smoothly.
Wilbur
Chief Happiness OfficerWilbur joined the team with a clear mandate: to optimise workplace happiness and reduce stress levels across the department.
With extensive experience in nap logistics, expert-level treat auditing, and greeting every visitor with enthusiasm, Wilbur has quickly become an indispensable member of the office.
Outside of mandatory nap hours, he specialises in vacuuming up dropped lunch crumbs and providing therapeutic pats and emotional support to the team.
